Bone Daddies Victoria is a Japanese ramen bar in the Nova Development at 9 Sir Simon Milton Square, close to Victoria Station. Opened in 2018, the restaurant spreads across two floors around a central bar and open kitchen, creating a lively setting driven by a rock and roll soundtrack.
Ramen is the main attraction, with rich broths, noodles and carefully layered toppings assembled for a satisfying lunch or dinner. The signature tonkotsu represents the house style, while the monthly limited edition bowl gives regulars a changing preparation to explore.
The wider menu includes Korean fried wings, pork ribs, bao buns and fried chicken, so a group can share several snacks before the noodles arrive. Dishes such as Pork Pork Chilli combine charred pork belly and mince with chilli oil, bamboo shoots, beansprouts, spring onion and a soy egg.
Beer and drinks such as yuzu margaritas complement the robust flavours, and guests can sit at the bar, in the dining room or outdoors when conditions suit. Reservations and walk-ins are both accepted, while collection and delivery offer another way to enjoy the menu away from the restaurant.
